HAWKS NEST : Is approximately 2.5hrs drive north of Sydney.
This is a : HIRE KAYAK AND BYO KAYAK CAMPING WEEKEND….beginners most welcome.
Arriving on Friday 2nd to set up camp with a possible night paddle for those who have their own kayaks. Please bring a head torch as minimal night paddle equipment….360′ degree white light deck mounted if you have one.
Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th June I will be guiding numerous paddles at Hawks Nest taking in the magical waters found in the area including Myall River, Karuah River, Corrie Island and looking for dolphins and green sea turtles at Pindimar and surrounds.
Hope you can join me its one not to miss and the most pristine waters you may ever paddle in…and hopeful as in many many past paddles I have had there, you will get the awesome experience to paddle with the local dolphins, pelicans and possibly spot a sea eagle or green sea turtle who lay their eggs at Pindimar Beach.
We will be staying at Jimmy’s Beach Caravan Park, Coorilla Street, Hawks Nest with full park facilities, showers, toilets and BBQ…great camp kitchen and fire pit in season. http://www.northcoastholidayparks.com.au/park/info/jimmys-beach
